All products sold by Desire To Get Waisted are specially crafted to be used at owner’s discretion. Please note that color may appear slightly different from the picture due to different lighting and display devices. Monitor display vs. in-person color may vary slightly. While I am an avid advocate of wearing your waist beads 24/7, even while bathing and swimming, elements such as hard water and some body oils and bath products may cause some beads to change or lose color. This is not due to the quality of the beads. It is a natural process that occurs. You may continue to wear your beautiful waist beads.
Shipping Policy
Desire to Get Waisted uses USPS first-class mail for shipping. Free first-class mail shipping is offered for orders $40 and up. Due to the handcrafted and tedious nature of our work, please allow 7-15 business days from the time that you order to receive your item(s). Customized orders may take 10-15 business day. Business days include Monday-Friday (weekends and holidays are not included). You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Return Policy
Return Policy
Given the nature of our products and regards to hygiene, there are no returns/refunds available once your product has been shipped. Any damages or losses during shipping will be replaced. We are not responsible for items that read delivered on the USPS tracking information or mis-delivered items due to incorrect or incomplete address. A claim can be filed with the United States Postal Service.
It is important that you be sure to measure your waist/wrist correctly to ensure the correct size and creation of your product. Orders cannot be returned for resizing.
